Planning application
We submitted an Outline planning application to Thurrock Council in September 2024.
The purpose of the Outline application is to establish whether the principle of a development and highway access are acceptable. Further planning applications will be required for the detailed design of the new community.
The Thurrock Council Application Reference number is 24/01051/OUT and the application can be viewed in full on Thurrock Council’s planning portal: Simple Search (thurrock.gov.uk)
Next steps
Thurrock Council will now determine the planning application, through a process which includes an opportunity for members of the public and consultees to make comments on the proposals.
We expect a decision on the application in 2025.
